PLACENTIA AND SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA— When it comes to obtaining the necessary permits to build a new restaurant, the process appears to be getting more difficult in many states.

PLACENTIA AND SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA— August marks the first anniversary of the American Professional Services (APS-Hoods) Placentia, California fabrication facility.

APS-Hoods, a Placentia and San Francisco hood cleaning company whose headquarters are in Denver, Colorado, opened the Placentia facility in August 2009 to better meet the demands of a growing base of California customers, said CEO Massoud Farazandeh.

“We have always provided service to California since our company was founded in 1989,” Farazandeh said. “A couple of years ago, we realized the fabrication facility was needed for space reasons, and because our California projects were increasing.” (more…)

PLACENTIA AND LOS ANGELES, CA— In a lot of circles, mention the word “custom” and many people equate that with “costly.”

Customization in the realm of San Francisco commercial hoods does not have to be synonymous with increased expenses, said CEO Massoud Farazandeh, who founded APS-Hoods, a Placentia and San Francisco hood cleaning company, in 1989.

After 30 years in the business, Farazandeh determined in 2009 that he could provide better kitchen hood products if he had the ability to fabricate custom hoods when the need arose. In August 2009, he opened the company’s Placentia fabrication facility. (more…)
