PLACENTIA AND LONG BEACH, CA— Spring has sprung and with it historically has come a wave of new Long Beach restaurant openings.

The Long Beach hood sales company of American Professional Services (APS-Hoods) is preparing for that busy spring restaurant season, which typically results in increased calls for hood sales, installations and cleanings, said Massoud Farazandeh, chief executive officer of APS-Hoods.

Headquartered in Colorado, APS-Hoods opened a fabrication facility in Placentia, CA in August 2009 to better address the increased calls for Long Beach hood cleaning and other services, as well as calls for service throughout the state. (more…)
