PLACENTIA AND SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA— In light of the recent gas pipeline explosion in suburban San Francisco, and after discovering that many cooking facilities that are not in use are not properly maintained, a San Jose hood installation company recently released information on precautions that should be taken to promote restaurant kitchen safety.
